We are a Commercial Roofing and Architectural Sheet Metal company located in Spokane Valley, WA. Our company specializes in the installation of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and metal roofing, as well as the fabrication and installation of sheet metal panels, copings, gutters, downspouts, and related architectural metal systems.

Position Summary
We are currently seeking General Laborers to assist our commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal crews. Previous construction or roofing experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right entry-level candidate who has a strong work ethic, is dependable, and is interested in long-term employment.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the commercial roofing or architectural sheet metal industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist roofing and sheet metal crews with daily jobsite tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Assist with demolition, tear-off, material staging, cleanup, and general labor duties.
- Follow instructions from foremen, lead workers, and supervisors.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite safety requirements.
- Learn trade skills related to commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal installation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous construction, roofing, or sheet metal experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Safety-oriented mindset.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
- Long-term employment mindset preferred.
