Our company specializes in the installation of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and metal roofing, as well as the fabrication and installation of sheet metal panels, copings, gutters, downspouts, and related architectural metal systems.

Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Roofing Craftsmen to join our commercial roofing team. This position is ideal for individuals with prior roofing experience who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and being part of a dependable crew.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual, work well with others, and be willing to follow and help maintain our company’s safety practices on every jobsite.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and metal roofing.
- Assist with tear-off, insulation installation, membrane installation, flashing, detail work, and roof system repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and properly.
- Follow project plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Follow all company safety policies and jobsite safety requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
- Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, or metal roofing preferred.
- Safety-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
